Hello, my dear readers! I am so sorry it’s been a while since you’ve heard from me, but a good deal has happened in the last year, including some very personal struggles with anxiety and depression. I’ve never been shy about sharing that I fight these mental illnesses, because the more we talk about them, the less stigma there is, and the less shame people feel. The more others will feel free to unburden themselves and share their struggles.
That said, I did manage to get three books published last year! A Promise of Forever released in January, Born to be a Heroine in May. The third—which I had hoped to publish in September, got pushed back to December. Three Brides for Three Cousins was released on December 11, 2022, and has been doing very well in Kindle Unlimited. I started writing the next book about a week later, and would you believe that I have that one already finished?! It’s the fastest I have ever written a book, I am sure—it was done on February 6, only ten weeks after I started writing!
And will you look at that? A blog tour is coming! On March 1st, I will reveal the cover of my new book, and on March 3rd it will release on Amazon in eBook, paperback, and hardcover. I so look forward to bringing you another look at how things might have happened between ODC, Darcy and Elizabeth.
Something else I want to talk about is this blog. I know I have not been as diligent with it as I should be, and for that I am sorry. Now that I am writing full time, I hope to also be able to dedicate more time to keeping up with my website—and with Twitter. I post so regularly on Facebook, so it should not be too difficult to keep up with a website and Twitter, right? I recall that there's a way to link Facebook ad Twitter, so I am going to look into that and see if I can't get those two linked so that whatever I share on Facebook also pops up on Twitter.
Keep your fingers crossed for me, dear readers, that this year I finally get into a rhythm where I can not only write books but blog posts and tweets as well!
The book "Why I Kissed You" sounds like another winner from Ms. Combe. Looking forward to reading it. Congrats on publishing another book. BTW, my email address is nettieubbie@aol.com and NOT google. I could not find a way to change it!
